We stand behind the products we make and source, and provide a warranty covering manufacturing defects on all shipped parts and products for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

We proudly ship all orders from our Vancouver, BC studio. All of our products are made to order and typically fulfilled within 1 week for parts kits, and 2-3 weeks for headphones. We're a small (yet mighty) team of two working on evenings and weekends. We aren't perfect, but we try our best to fulfill within these timelines.
